Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and verify the quality of incoming civil materials (concrete, rebar, aggregates, etc.) in line with project specifications and international standards.
Review material test certificates, conduct sampling, and coordinate with third-party labs for testing.
Ensure materials meet project, client, and regulatory requirements before use on-site.
Prepare detailed inspection reports, material approval logs, and maintain QA/QC documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and QA/QC teams to resolve material issues.
Conduct site inspections and verify storage and handling procedures of materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in material quality control, preferably in oil & gas or EPC projects.
Strong knowledge of international standards (ASTM, BS, ACI, etc.) and UAE project specifications.
Familiarity with CPECC or ADNOC project procedures is a plus.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
