Cost Controller
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a skilled Cost Controller to join a dynamic hospitality group, supporting multiple venues with precision, efficiency, and a strong understanding of F&B operations.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs across multiple outlets
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly cost analysis and variance reports
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking, reconciliation, and wastage control
• Collaborate with purchasing, kitchen, and bar teams for cost efficiency
• Maintain and optimize reporting through Supy and Syrve (iiko) systems
• Drive best practices in procurement, stock handling, and recipe costing
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Cost Controller in the UAE’s hospitality/F&B sector
• Strong knowledge of Supy and Syrve (iiko) is essential
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-venue environment
• Strong communicator and team player
