Client Relations Associate (CRA)
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, client-focused Client Relations Associate (CRA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in client relations and a proven track record in lead generation and customer relationship management. This role focuses on identifying and cultivating potential customers, increasing new student enrollment, and ensuring outstanding service to maintain and grow our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business profitability through lead generation by identifying and nurturing potential clients.
- Develop and manage relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries promptly, resolve issues effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the seamless delivery of products and services.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in client relations or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Positive and well-rounded personality with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to multitask, adapt to changing situations, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in sales (Business-to-Business or Business-to-Customer) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications.
