Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor safety procedures and guidelines for villa construction projects
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards
Ensure that all workers adhere to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Organize and deliver safety training programs to workers and subcontractors
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
Maintain safety records, documentation, and reports as required by local authorities
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure safety regulations are followed at all stages of the project
Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards set by the UAE government
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in safety management within the UAE construction sector, specifically villa projects
Valid UAE Health and Safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH)
Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations, standards, and construction practices
Experience in conducting safety audits, training, and incident investigations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
