Job Description:

– Oversee the implementation of fiber and copper network infrastructure solutions for passive implementations during project execution.
– Manage and guide a team of technicians to ensure that the project’s technical requirements are met efficiently.
– Supervise subcontractors when needed, ensuring they meet deadlines and standards for quality and efficiency.
– Address any questions related to passive infrastructure design during the project lifecycle.
– Maintain accurate documentation of port assignments within the network infrastructure.
– Oversee, support, and document the installation of passive infrastructure materials.
– Ensure that the team meets the planned schedules and project milestones.
– Identify, document, and resolve customer network and infrastructure issues throughout the project.
– Work closely with sales and presales teams to clarify technical gaps and communicate solutions that meet client needs.
– Compile and document quantities, materials used, and any other relevant data at the conclusion of the project.

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
– 6 Months of professional experience as a Site Engineer, specifically in passive network infrastructure.
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
– Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.
