Job Responsibilities:

– End user support onsite or remote.
– Excellent knowledge on MS Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 & 11 operating system. – – Installation & troubleshooting or MS Office products.
– Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Outlook & O365 suites, O365 Management Portal.
– Hands on troubleshooting knowledge of LAN/WAN issues. Especially on HP Aruba switches.
– Ability to install/configure & troubleshoot various types of printers.
– Ability to configure email accounts on PC & Mobile devices. Handle Avaya PABX & phones.
– Ability to manage & troubleshoot CCTV, DVR & Time Attendance Machine.
– Hands-on working knowledge Azure Active Directory
– On premises & On Cloud backup monitoring & management
– Hands-on working Knowledge on active directory, DNS / DHCP record updates.
– Knowledge on backup systems.
– Knowledge of Video Conferencing Systems and Interactive Smart Screens.
– Knowledge to handle Bio Metric System and Application.
– Demonstrate proactive approach. Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
– Excellent attitude towards user support, possess strong communication skills.
– Ability to work with senior management & work with multiple sites.
– Submit IT or any necessary reports, Assets Inventory Reports as & when needed.
– Candidate must be willing to travel to different locations within Dubai.
– Candidate with Retail Domain experience will be preferred
– Candidate needs to have 4 – 6 years of experience
