You will assist with the management of all costs relating to construction projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.

Job responsibility:

1) Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
Support in preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
2) Measure and value construction work on-site.
3) Track project progress and keep financial records updated.
4) Assist in the preparation of interim valuations and final accounts.
5) Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
6) Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and legal requirements.
7) Provide administrative support to senior quantity surveyors and project managers.
8) Conduct site visits to gather data and monitor project progress.

Qualification:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills, along with proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Maintain open lines of communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Professional Accreditation: Membership in a recognized professional body such as the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
