Key Responsibilities:
Lead the cost control function for the entire project lifecycle — from planning through close-out.
Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost performance metrics.
Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analysis for senior management and client review.
Ensure cost tracking aligns with project execution plans, schedules, and procurement activities.
Analyze change orders, trends, and risk impacts on the project budget.
Work closely with planning, procurement, construction, and finance teams.
Maintain compliance with Aramco procedures and cost management standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in cost control on major industrial projects.
Previous Aramco project experience is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in cost control tools such as SAP, Primavera (P6), Excel, and ERP-based systems.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to present clear cost status and forecasts.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
