Executive Secretary
Job Location : Doha, Qatar
Job Details :
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience as an executive secretary
• At least three (3) years of experience supporting higher management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications
Responsibilities and Requirements :
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and discretion in dealing with confidential information
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organizational levels
