Job Overview:
The Senior Analyst, Organization Development will be responsible for managing and supporting a range of core OD initiatives, including organization structure design, job description management, workforce planning, and the implementation of OD modules within SAP. This role will also contribute significantly to the SAP System transformation program, working closely with the Senior Director, Organization Development & Adjacencies to drive organizational effectiveness and position Ooredoo as an agile, future-ready organization.
Your profile:
Experience
5-10 years of work experience is preferred
At least 4-5 years in an HR role with telecoms/technology industry background
Excellent process & organizational design skills supported with outstanding understanding of how process and org design decisions impact the business.
Solid understanding of HR (IT) systems (preferably SAP) used in the group and related capabilities of the systems if there are.
Must have worked in developing markets, ideally in a multinational environment.
Excellent communicator
Experience in GCC countries is an advantage
