Document Controller cum Executive Secretary (Female)
Job Location : Qatar
Job Detail :
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary
• At least 3 years supporting senior management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
• Experience with SAP is mandatory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking abilities and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Responsibilities and Requirements :
• Age limit: Below 35
• Visa status: Must be with NOC and ready to join immediately
• Duty timing: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Salary: QAR 7,000 + Transportation will be provided
