Key Accountabilities
Civil works preventative maintenance for Mobile and Fixed Networks.
Civil works corrective maintenance for Mobile Networks.
Civil Quality control and Quality Assurance for Mobile and Fixed Networks.
Invent new solution and ideas to serve our structures.
Structural design checks for new technologies installation.
Support and Maintain du’s Networks Sites due to external Authorities’ Infrastructure/Developments Projects.
Site HSE and hazard issues.
Participation Review and approval of any Agreement contracts related to Civil Passive Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance.
Review and approve all related Handover Acceptance to Passive Infrastructure including SNAGs closing.
Identifying essential & non-essential works activities and set Priorities.
Aligning activities and processes with company’s objectives.
Establishing KPIs’ Performance Standards and Measurement.
Managing OPEX & CAPEX budget related to Civil Infrastructure Operations.
Supervising and managing a team of Field Technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity, professional growth, and adherence to safety standards.
Promoting and enforcing safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for field operations personnel. Conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Monitoring and evaluating the quality of field operations activities, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. Implementing quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions when necessary.
Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance the technical and professional skills of field technicians. Providing ongoing coaching and support for performance improvement.
Collaborating with vendors and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of services and materials along with Managing Vendor’s contracts, negotiations, and performance evaluation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineer.
AutoCAD Professional course.
Tstower Telecom Steel Structure Design program
Staad Design program
OSHA (health and safety course)
Quality Assurance Control courses
Experience:
10 years’ experience in Civil Works (concrete and steel structures).
10 years’ experience in Steel Structure Design, Fabrications and Installation.
10 years’ experience in Project Management.
5 years’ experience in Project Operations.
5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance
Skills:
Proven ability to lead large transformation projects.
Ability to lead teams and groups
Consultant grade in civil engineering.
Concrete and steel strictures structural design.
Very good process knowledge for handling end to end operations and maintenance, service fulfilment and related activities.
