Purchase Coordinator
Job Location : Kuwait
Job Details :
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• In-depth knowledge of purchasing strategies.
• Proficiency in using procurement software, ERP systems (preferably Odoo), and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in procurement is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates (preferably Arabs with fluent English).
• Visa 18 Transferable (no VIP or small projects).
Responsibilities and Requirements :
• Assisting in sourcing and selecting suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed.
• Monitoring inventory levels and managing stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintaining complete, updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
• Processing purchase orders accurately according to company policies and procedures.
• Supporting the Finance department in maintaining records and handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
