JOB DESCRIPTION :
Looking for a License & Business Consultant / Operations professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the setup, licensing, and operational processes for new and existing business ventures. This role requires strong project management skills, in-depth knowledge of business setup processes, regulatory compliance, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
– Successfully managed the end-to-end process of business setup and licensing, including trade license applications, visa processing, and permit renewals, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions.
– Led multiple projects involving new entity setups, business expansions, and internal restructuring — from planning and resource allocation to execution and monitoring.
– Oversee day-to-day operations, streamlining workflows and coordinating with internal departments and external service providers to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
– Maintained meticulous control over compliance and documentation, keeping legal records up to date and ensuring timely submission of required reports to authorities.
– Served as a primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, delivering timely updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless setup experience.

REQUIREMENTS :
– EXPERIENCE – Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business setup, licensing, or operations within the UAE or similar jurisdiction.
– Strong knowledge of governmental procedures, laws, and regulations for business setup.
– Proficient in managing applications for trade licenses, visas, permits, and other business-related legalities.
– Ability to use project management software and tools to manage complex business operations.
– Soft Skills – Strong organizational and time management skills. – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for dealing with internal teams and external stakeholders.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, displaying leadership when required. Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
