We are seeking a detail-oriented Policy Administrator Executive to manage, review, and maintain organizational policies and procedures. The role involves ensuring policy compliance, documentation control, and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities:

Draft, update, and manage company policies and procedures

Ensure alignment with regulatory and organizational standards

Maintain accurate documentation and version control

Coordinate policy approvals and communication across departments

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field

2–4 years of experience in policy administration or document control

Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Familiarity with regulatory compliance (especially in healthcare) is a plus
