Key Responsibilities:
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Design and produce physical and digital visual assets, including graphics and written content for internal publications. These physical and visual assets may include digital images, photos and illustrations, infographics, templates, websites, printed material, video and animation, audio, presentations, reports, email and social media content.
Timely design and preparation of high-quality publications including technology outlook reports, whitepapers, deep-dives, technology narratives, presentations and strategy documents to support corporate strategic decision-making, as well as Research & Development (R&D) and technology programs.
Create impactful visual and written content for digital and print assets across a plethora of internal and external platforms, including infographics, dashboards and websites.
Create and/or rejuvenate presentation and reporting templates for common apps such as PowerPoint and Word, ensuring easy application by end users.
Design and create assets for networking events and trade shows, including large-scale posters, brochures, leaflets, merch and more.
Create compelling content specifically optimized for web and social media platforms and podcasts, including graphics, video, and animations.
Become familiar with Aramco and the Division brands and gain an understanding of latest industry content and trends to produce creative and effective content.
Develop creative strategies through stakeholder consultation to produce high quality content including creative visual assets.
Maintain brand guardianship across the department, and ensure accurate implementation of visual assets including logo usage, color and type treatments, and imagery application, adhering strictly to Aramco's brand guidelines; providing expert advice on visual design and content and suggesting ways to improve the efficiency of production and delivery.
Minimum Requirements:
You must hold a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, multimedia or a related field.
You should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience related to graphic design, content creation, with particular focus on producing high-impact content and corporate communications.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills are a must. Experience in technical writing will be highly regarded.
Professional experience gained from a reputable organization focusing on the production of content for dissemination across a range of media and platforms in the energy and petrochemicals industries will be highly regarded.
Strong content creation skills to deliver consistently impactful digital and physical visual assets, including but not limited to company branding, marketing communications, corporate presentations and reports.
Demonstrated recognition by peers as a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of creating, developing, and maintaining high-impact content and visual communication, with experience in managing multiple projects and tasks.
Expertise in industry standard content design and production software including Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and a thorough understanding of professional printing processes and materials, including the production of large-scale graphics.
