Call Center Agent
Job Location : Kuwait
Job description :
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Make outbound calls to the customers and potential customers to inform them about new products, services, updates, and company policies.
• De-escalate dissatisfied customer situations, providing patient, supportive, and effective resolutions.
• Document all interactions and tickets accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Regularly review and update customer information in the CRM system to ensure records are current and complete.
• Collaborate with the Call Center Supervisor and team members to enhance overall customer service quality.
• Adhere to the customer service scripts and guidelines provided by the company to maintain consistency and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage trust and customer loyalty.
Skills :
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in a call center or customer service role
• Language Skills: Good English is essential; Bilingual candidates are highly preferred
• Age - Not exceeded 30 years old
• Nationality: Open to Lebanese, Palestinians, Jordanians, Tunisians, Moroccans, and Kuwaitis
• Availability: Must be able to join immediately
