Procurement Assistant- Junior Level

Job Location : Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and vendors for materials and services.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with stores regarding requirements.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery and proper documentation.
• Support in vendor evaluation and relationship management.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports and documentation for audits.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of procurement or administrative experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Age should be around 25.
