Property Consultant
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Conduct property viewings and present Luxe Developers projects to prospective buyers and investors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations.
• Negotiate and close sales transactions while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and generate leads.
• Provide clients with detailed information about pricing, payment plans, legal aspects, and investment potential.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and market insights.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or Sales Executive in luxury real estate.
• Strong knowledge of high-end residential and commercial real estate markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
