We are seeking a skilled and experienced Subcontract Supply-Chain Manager to oversee all activities related to subcontracted vendors and suppliers within our supply chain. This role ensures that subcontractors meet performance standards for quality, cost, delivery, and compliance, supporting overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Subcontractor Relationships: Identify, qualify, and manage subcontractors to support production and service needs.
Contract & Agreement Management: Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation.
Performance Tracking: Monitor subcontractor performance using KPIs such as delivery timelines, cost targets, and quality benchmarks.
Logistics & Delivery Oversight: Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of subcontracted materials or services.
Compliance & Auditing: Ensure all subcontractors comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Cost Control: Continuously evaluate cost-saving opportunities and drive efficiency in subcontracted supply chain operations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, planning, finance, and QA teams to ensure seamless operations.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve issues related to delays, quality defects, or non-compliance quickly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in supply chain, procurement, or subcontract management.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience working in manufacturing, construction, or large-scale retail operations.
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
