Chief Marketing Officer

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all marketing operations of Damas Medical Centre and develop its marketing strategy and vision.
• Managing all marketing operations, assessing, and improving existing initiatives, and devising new strategies to increase revenue.
• Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands.
• Drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities.
• Develop the structure of the marketing department.
• Nurture the creativity of the marketing department, developing innovative marketing ideas that will help attract and retain more customers and lead back to increased sales growth.
• Negotiate advertising contracts (Above the Line) and any type of contracts with 3rd party / outsourced companies.
• Approve marketing campaign ideas.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with Damas financial and branding goals + Coordinate marketing efforts with all other departments within Damas itself.
• Actively seeking out constructive criticism to improve and differentiate themselves from competitors.
• Customer Champion in Chief, ensuring that all marketing activities serve to create brand loyalty and ensure the user experience is enjoyable and successful.
• Determine KPIs for the marketing department, track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports.
• Create a solid network of strategic partnerships.

Qualifications :

• 15+ years of experience as a chief marketing officer.
• Previous experience within the UAE or other GCC countries.
• Successful track record in senior marketing role and campaign creation
• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of market research and sharp analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
