Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of key hospital and healthcare accounts in the critical care sector.
Promote and sell critical care products (e.g., ventilators, infusion pumps, ICU monitoring systems).
Develop account plans, forecast demand, and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with ICU managers, clinicians, and procurement teams.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
Provide product training, support, and clinical demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, logistics, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the critical care or medical devices sector.
Strong knowledge of ICU environments, products, and clinical workflows.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Immediate availability preferred.
