Key Responsibilities:
Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in logistics, supply chain management, operations, and related fields
Design and update course materials that reflect the latest trends and practices
Supervise student projects, dissertations, and internships
Conduct and publish impactful research in peer-reviewed journals
Participate in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and program reviews
Build partnerships with industry and professional organizations
Serve on academic committees and contribute to faculty governance
Mentor junior faculty and promote academic excellence across the department
Eligibility Criteria:
PhD in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from an accredited university
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 5 years of teaching and/or industry experience (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
Proven research and publication record in recognized academic journals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to innovative, student-centered learning practices
