Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day operations across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company’s long-term goals and expansion plans.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance to achieve operational profitability without compromising care quality.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., JCI), and internal policies to maintain high standards of care.
Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and regularly review operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Workforce Management: Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and retain skilled personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Patient Experience: Champion initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and service quality throughout the healthcare group.
Innovation & Technology: Promote adoption of new technologies and process improvements to increase efficiency and improve clinical outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, government agencies, partners, and internal teams to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably within a multi-site or hospital network setting.
Proven track record in managing complex healthcare operations, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of healthcare accreditation standards such as JCI, CBAHI, or equivalent.
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
