· Interfacing with customers in all technical related issues.

· Analyses customer problems and resolves and closes customer complaints, as per assignment from the Project Team Leader.

· Make proper Hardware/Software selection for technical solutions.

· Reports the status of the customer service provided to the Project Team Leader.

· Prepares Engineering Software/ Hardware design documents for review by the Project Team Leader.

· Undertakes the testing process including all internal, workshop, factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT).

· Prepares and submits weekly activity reports to the Project Team Leader.

· Prepares and submits weekly progress reports to the Project Team Leader on a given project.

· Provides feedback to the Project Team Leader on the performance of the engineers and Technicians as input into their performance evaluations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.

- Excellent command of verbal and written English.

- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial

- Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously

- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies

Technical Skills:

•Good practical experience in Process and Control Systems in general

Education
Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechatronics,Electrical or Communication Engineering
