Bilingual Sales Associate
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the real estate and finance markets to offer clients informed advice.
• Stay well-informed about competitors in the market.
• Keep well-informed of international real estate performance and interest rates.
• Actively prospect for investors regularly and establish a robust pipeline for quarterly sales.
• Explore innovative strategies to promote and build your brand.
• Identify and collaborate with local and international brokerages to promote and sell our projects.
• Demonstrate the ability to present projects to diverse audiences, providing insights into the UAE market, real estate pricing, payment plans, and upcoming locations.
• Suggest sales strategies and proposals to the line manager.
• Attend all company events and promotions to maximize opportunities.
• Identify qualified referral partners to promote the brand and drive sales.
• Ensure prompt follow-up on all leads provided by company policies.
• Attend events and follow the roster assigned by the company to promote and sell projects.
• Maintain and regularly update brokers on offers and promotions.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address client concerns.
• Customer-focused approach with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
