Requirements:
• Certified in full apparatus Pilates instruction
• Experience teaching both private and group classes
• Proven ability to lead and demonstrate effective group Reformer sessions
• Energetic, positive, and motivational teaching style
• Punctual, dependable, and dedicated to professional excellence
Responsibilities:
• Lead group equipment-based Pilates classes
• Conduct private, semi-private, and trio sessions
• Inspect equipment prior to each session to ensure safety and proper function
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
• Inspire and encourage clients to achieve their fitness goals
