What you´ll do:
Support road transport planning to ensure on-time deliveries by coordinating closely with transport planners, warehouses, and customer service.
Ensure carrier availability, manage SAP documentation for domestic/export shipments, and address any transport-related issues.
Prepare and analyze logistics KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly), including on-time delivery, transportation costs, and productivity savings.
Manage transport complaints and reconcile carrier invoicing deviations in collaboration with Purchasing and Finance teams.
Review transport planning scope and propose enhancements; support logistics projects to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards; implement standard transport processes with site operations.
Assist in logistics purchasing and service provider contracts; monitor outbound and return deliveries from customers and plants.
What makes you a good fit:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation planning, or warehouse operations.
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems (specifically logistics modules).
Experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a strong advantage.
Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Understanding of incoterms, shipping documentation, and export/import processes.
Familiarity with logistics KPIs, freight cost control, and carrier management.
Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental compliance in logistics.
Good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus in multinational environments.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
