Your key responsibilities
• Assist and manage digital events including internal and external webinars
• Manage physical events from start to finish, working with the business and provide branding support where needed
• Manage EY participation at external events and speaking opportunities in line with the BMC plan and budgets
• Creative writing and content editing of invitations and brochures
• Support content development of local thought leadership, newsletters, and presentations
• Assist with global thought leadership deployment and programs
• Lead on marketing plans and campaigns with internal and external comms
• Liaise effectively with the internal creative agency for creative design support
• Deploy CRM systems and effective use of marketing channels
• Develop and maintain a monthly activities calendar.
• Develop greater understanding of EY marketing protocols – BRET, Global SCORE, event contracts, procurement procedures, sponsorships, C-event tool, EY Visual
• Identity guidelines, EY writing style guidelines.
• Act as an ambassador of the MENA BMC team

Excellent English and Arabic writing skills
• Ability to synthesize a lot of detailed information into key messages through copy editing skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and platforms - how to engage audiences.
• Ability to prioritize workload and proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to multi-task with good attention to detail even when working under pressure or on several projects simultaneously.
• Be a team player with a flexible can-do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.

• Good knowledge and skills concerning business fundamentals and cross-cultural sensitivities.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent area of study or experience)
• Must be a UAE national
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in content marketing and/or written communications.
• Experience in copy editing.
• Experience working in an agency or fast paced environment.
• Experience working and delivering engaging programs within a people organization.
• Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience working with multiple teams and alone
