As a Branch Manager (Position Based in Fujairah) at Emirates NBD, your role is responsible for the branch’s financial performance, operational control and customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Achievement of portfolio growth, sales, cross-sell and any other applicable financial targets for the branch for all applicable segments.
Ensure customer service standards in order to deliver consistent and superior service.
Ensure operation controls and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations to protect the bank’s interests.
Manage, motivate and coach the branch staff to achieve desired levels of productivity and competency.
Skills and Experience :
Graduation in any discipline.
Atleast 3 years experience in Banking.
Understanding of regional market.
Comprehensive understanding of Retail Products & Services along with processes.
Leadership and people management skills.
