HR Executive
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll administration and coordinate with finance for timely salary processing.
• Handle employee relations, respond to queries, and resolve workplace issues.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Monitor attendance and leave management in line with company policies and UAE labor laws.
• Assist with performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (MBA, MHRM ETC ).
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE labor laws.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
