Estative is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients (developers, brokers, and buyers), explaining platform benefits, and converting leads into active users.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
Promote Estative’s real estate platform to developers and property buyers.
Maintain client records and follow up on prospects.
Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
Proven telesales or telemarketing experience (real estate preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional.
