Estative is looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales Team Lead to drive performance and lead our telesales unit. You will manage a team of telesales executives, develop strategies to optimize lead conversion, and play a key role in achieving revenue targets through phone-based sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of telesales executives.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching/feedback.
Develop scripts and sales pitches tailored to the UAE real estate market.
Collaborate with marketing and sales heads to align strategies.
Set and track daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Ensure CRM data is accurately maintained and followed up.
Requirements:
5+ years of telesales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Real estate or property tech experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
Proficient with CRM tools and KPI tracking.
