Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Coordinate training sessions and performance reviews
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Provide day-to-day HR support to team members and managers
About You
Minimum 2 years of HR or administrative experience (hospitality preferred)
Passionate about people and creating a positive workplace culture
Strong organizational and communication skills
Discreet, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR software
