Restaurant Manager
Job Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities of the Restaurant Manager:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure consistent high-quality service
• Lead and motivate the restaurant team, ensuring top-tier service standards are met
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and sales performance
• Create memorable dining experiences and manage VIP and special event services
• Collaborate with kitchen and culinary teams on menu development and execution
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, and revenue goals
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards according to brand and legal requirements
• Handle guest feedback and implement continuous improvements
• Coordinate with marketing and events teams to execute restaurant promotions
• Maintain compliance with Radisson standards and brand values
Requirements of the Restaurant Manager:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Solid understanding of F&B financials and service operations
• Experience in handling VIP service and high-profile clientele
• Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office
