Supply Chain Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Strategies: Formulate supply chain strategies that align with diverse product portfolio, ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and reliability.
• Procurement and Vendor Management: Oversee procurement processes, negotiate with vendors, and manage contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness across all product lines.
• Inventory and Demand Planning: Manage inventory levels, conduct demand forecasting, and oversee stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Logistics and Distribution: Supervise logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely deliveries across various regions, including the Middle East, Central, Western, and South African countries.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure a reliable supply chain.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, finance, production, and other departments to align supply chain objectives with overall business goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics and industry best practices.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies related to supply chain operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration
• Professional Experience: 10 -15years of experience in supply chain management
• Technical Proficiency: Proven track record in procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and risk management in supply chain operations.
