HR Admin Officer
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Oversee daily HR and administrative operations, ensuring legal compliance.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with company goals.
• Handle payroll processing, performance reviews, and appraisals.
• Administer employee benefits and manage employee relations.
• Maintain employee records and confidential information.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience (2+ years in a supervisory role, UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, adaptable, and a team player.
