Key Responsibilities :
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the hospitality sector
• Build strong pipelines of candidates across front-of-house, back-of-house, and corporate functions
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies
• Use modern tools and platforms to identify, attract, and engage top talent
• Represent the brand professionally while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Qualifications & Skills :
• Proven experience in hospitality recruitment, ideally in luxury or lifestyle segments
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE labor market and regional hiring trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter tools
