Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, manpower coordination, or similar roles
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office, reporting, client coordination, and database management
Experience in managing manpower supply, client follow-ups, and proposal preparation
Able to work independently and under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients for manpower or service requirements
Support the sales and marketing team in preparing proposals, presentations, and quotations
Maintain records of ongoing projects, leads, and client interactions
Assist in sourcing, mobilization, and deployment of manpower
Follow up with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
