Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
Minimum 5+ years of experience in road and infrastructure projects within the UAE
Proficient in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, variation claims, and monthly valuations
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, project budgeting, and cost control
Excellent skills in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software (e.g., Candy, CostX)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project cost estimates and budgets
Evaluate subcontractor payments, variations, and claim
Assist in tendering and procurement processes
Ensure accurate tracking of quantities and project costs
