Working Hours: Monday to Saturday -9 am to 6 pm

Key Responsibilities
– Calendar management, Responding to emails and phone calls
– Managing corporate travel arrangements
– Meeting coordination – Taking MOM
– Creating presentations
– Handling all types of correspondence,
– Preparing reports
– Client Management

What We’re Looking For
– Speaks Arabic and English
– proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills
– The ideal candidate should be able to anticipate needs, manage calendars, and handle confidential information with discretion, all while contributing to the efficiency and smooth operation of the executive’s work.
