Receptionist
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and professional appearance
• Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and front-desk supplies
• Handle administrative tasks like data entry, filing, and courier handling
• Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Well-presented, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English language (Arabic language is a plus)
