Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated HVAC sales engineer to drive sales growth by identifying business opportunities, designing technical HVAC solutions- including chillers – and closing deals. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent communication and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Find and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
• Understand client needs and suggest the right HVAC systems based on technical and site requirements.
• Visit sites to assess feasibility and gather necessary data for proposals.
• Prepare and present proposals, equipment selections, and quotations.
• Work with internal teams (projects, service) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide support after the sale.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activity.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Keep track of sales activities, client pipeline, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field within Saudi Arabia.
• Good technical knowledge of HVAC system and their components.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license issued in Saudi Arabia.
