Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for fit-out and joinery works
Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Coordinate with subcontractors and report progress to site engineer/project manager
Enforce safety procedures and monitor on-site compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out or joinery projects
Hands-on technical knowledge of joinery, carpentry, and finishing works
Ability to lead a team and manage workforce on-site
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
