Andrologist

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive andrological care to patients, including diagnosis and management of male infertility, erectile dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, and other related conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations, physical examinations, and diagnostic procedures.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices.
• Perform relevant surgical procedures as required (depending on qualifications and experience).
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Collaborate effectively with other specialists within the hospital, including urologists, reproductive endocrinologists, and embryologists.
• Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall growth of the andrology department.
• Maintain professional development through continuing medical education and research activities.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a specialization in Andrology or Urology with an Andrology subspecialty.
• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or eligibility letter (highly preferred).
• Proven experience (minimum of [Specify number] years) in managing male infertility, erectile dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, and related andrological conditions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
