Job Location : UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and transferring calls as needed.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Verify patient insurance information and complete necessary paperwork.
• Maintain patient records and files in accordance with confidentiality regulations (HIPAA compliance).
• Collect payments from patients and process transactions accurately.
• Assist with general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with other members of the medical team to ensure optimal patient flow.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Previous experience as a medical receptionist is preferred, but not required for a highly motivated candidate with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (specific system experience to be listed if applicable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is essential; fluency in Arabic is highly desirable
