The HR Specialist will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR data management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
-Recruitment – End to End recruitment for UAE & Erbil (Iraq) local & overseas. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Design JD as per the requirement of the position in line with the department head. Advertise jobs on appropriate sourcing channels, screen and shortlist candidates, schedule, and conduct interviews over phone or F2F, coordinate with the hiring managers, salary negotiations, offer issuance, and onboarding.
-Offboarding – Managing the resignation process. Preparing the employee clearance form and coordinating with the concern departments. Prepare the EOS and forwarding to the finance department for the final pay. Conducting exit interview of the employee. Coordinate with the PRO for the cancellation. Hiring new employee before the last working day of the resigned employee so that the business is unaffected.
-Payroll – Preparing Monthly Payroll for the group of companies, Ensure monthly submission of payroll.
-Employee relation – Be the “First Contact” of the HR Department. Generate all employee-related requests such as salary certificates, No objection certificates, Service letter, etc. Scheduling sales employees timing.
-Health Insurance – Coordinating with the insurance company for employees new, addition & deletion of medical insurance. Following up the credit notes for the deletions.
-Leave Management – Updating employees leave status, coordinating for tickets. Keeping a track on employees return. Leave Planning.
-Disciplinary Action – Working on DA as per requirement. Counselling, educating & advising the employees to follow and understand the precise path.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in an HR role
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
Prior experience in Automotive Industry
