Key Responsibilities:
Supervise night shift operations across front office, security, and housekeeping
Handle guest requests, complaints, and VIP arrivals
Ensure smooth check-in/out processes during the night
Prepare night audit reports and support finance with end-of-day procedures
Maintain safety, security, and service quality throughout the shift
Requirements:
Proven experience in night management or front office in 4/5-star hotels
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Opera)
UAE hotel experience preferred
