Handle phone, email, and online reservation requests
Maintain up-to-date booking records

Collaborate with front desk and sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability
Requirements:
Prior experience in hospitality or reservations preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in reservation systems and MS Office
Flexible schedule and ability to work under pressure
