Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Source, list, and market ready properties in Dubai's secondary market.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire buying and selling process.
• Conduct property valuations and market analyses.
• Prepare and present compelling property listings (including professional photography coordination).
• Negotiate offers and close deals effectively.
• Manage client expectations and ensure a smooth transaction.
• Network extensively within the Dubai real estate community to generate leads and expand client base.
• Adhere to all relevant real estate regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activity.
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in Dubai's real estate market, specifically within the resale market (ready properties).
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape, market trends, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and closing skills with a proven track record of success.
• Valid UAE driver's license is essential.
• Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.
